Told scheduled service could not be done on Friday. Agreed to leave it to be done Saturday. Received no communication whatsoever Saturday, nor Monday. Arrived late Monday afternoon, service part done. No real apology. Terrible quality of service.

Dealing with the Sale Agent Gavin Osbourne was a pleasure. He was responsive, no hard sale. When I went to collect the car he had everything prepared resulting in a quick and efficient handover.
